This Plan of Care is unique to every individual, and covers their needs as well as their desires, taking into account not only their medical status but also their personality. We provide a specially trained Caregiver from the Tampa, Florida area to help with the needs outlined in the Plan of Care, and an RN will visit quarterly to see if any changes are required.
